I love Alisa's blogs (and her book!). She really opens your eyes up to a lot of creative ways to eat delicious non-dairy foods! Her nacho "cheese" is amazing. Great post!

Oh my gosh, I was so surprised by this post Sea! How sweet! Thank you! I'm so happy you liked the recipes, and will see what I can do about more oat flour-free options. I just love oat flour, seriously.

I also can't believe you went to a drive-in, how cool! It's been decades since I've been to one. And yeah, the cauliflower at our grocer is always huge, both organic and conventional, so mine may have been oversized :)

Love, love, love the cute Tahoe pics! Those are adorable, as is baby Yum. She is one of the sweetest toddlers I've ever met.

I had no idea that you and Alisa had gotten together in Lake Tahoe (or if I knew I forgot!). How wonderful! Alisa is a doll. I love all the recipes you've made of hers. I think she's going to be my salvation for eating dairy free (except organic butter per my doctor), so I love seeing all these reviews of Go Dairy Free of late and in your case, an adoption. :-)

Great job, Sea!
