Adopt a Gluten-free Blogger Roundup April 2011

This month we had another lovely turnout, although it was a busy month and a few adoptions had to be postponed. Nevertheless, we still had a glorious assortment of recipes taste tested and enjoyed by our participants. Zoe of Z’s Cup of Tea is hosting for me for May, bless her, so please go over to her site to adopt a blogger this month! Sign ups are open now. And now, let’s get to the roundup!

After meeting her at a gluten-free conference, Maggie of She Let them Eat Cake adopted Shirley of Gluten-free Easily and made Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Refined Sugar-Free Chewy Granola Bars, Coconut Honey Whipped Cream, and Super-Charged Garlic Lemon Broccoli.
