Thanks for another great roundup. It’s a great impetus to actually make all of the recipes we drool over on a regular basis but probably don’t get around to making enough!

Thanks, Sea, for all your effort in launching this fun cooking event. I know this is a busy time for you and I appreciate the roundup. Some delicious recipes to think about.

This event helped give me the impetus to sort through many bookmarked recipes and turn a couple into actual food on the table. I’m looking forward to hosting the next Adopt A Gluten-Free Blogger Event, which will officially run between April 28 - May 11 (Mother’s Day). Maybe we can all adopt a blogger and make a recipe for our moms or in their honor. I’ll post about it in the next couple of days so folks can “claim” their adopted bloggers and get thinking about some more good eats.
