Too cute! I loved seeing you in person too, and agree you were great on camera. Good thing that dough was “sturdy” because you were handling it like a super-strength heroine. (Show that dough who’s boss! :))

Loved the easy shaping tip; for sure I will try that next time. Thanks for a great video on a tricky gluten-free technique – piecrust.

I loved it (and I thought you looked pretty adorable and 1950s-ish in the apron). You’re actually really good on camera; it’s a very hard skill, especially talking while doing functional tasks. I have one of Carol Fenster’s baking books, but I think it’d be worth going out and getting the Big Book. The crust looks great – though I’m sure it wouldn’t go that seamlessly for me. I, too, thought the pie pan tip was aces.
