		<description>So far these are the best gf brownies my daughter and I have made. I would suggest making them with oil instead of butter as I just prefer brownies made with oil as the butter seems to cut the chocolate flavor, also slightly under cook because they continue to cook when removed from the oven. Ours were rich and very fudgy.

		<description>I too love these, my friends even request these at parties these days!  They are defineatly the closest things to real gooey brownies.  And yes they are good frozen and last for months.  I can just pop one out of the freezer and let it sit out for 10 mins and yum!</description>

		<description>I like having a mix around, just for the quick fix, or someone stops by. I like Pamela&#039;s the best, personally.

Although I do have an easy from scratch recipe now, so I don&#039;t use the mix. I have 2 packs left..I am saving them for traveling.</description>
