They are yummy, but don't cook them more than a few seconds over 4 minutes (as directed)...that's when they fall apart. Being used to rice pasta (dried type) which you usually cook lots longer than good ol' wheat based pastas, I couldn't believe that 4 minutes would be enough. It was!
