I see 4 different ways you are writing teaspoon and tablespoon, which is confusing, especially with the yeast for the dough:

tsp
tbsp.
Tb
Tsp

I have to say, I really enjoyed reading your post. It was quite evident how much you enjoyed making these pizzas. Plus, your pizzas look amazing. My sister-in-law was recently diagnoses with celiac disease, so I am going to have her come and visit this site. Well done.

Hi Lauren, Thanks! We enjoyed them a great deal

Hi Cheryl, Tee hee, yup, it's a definite problem. ;) Both toppings were tasty- I have to agree with the DH in that I couldn't pick a favorite either. :)

Hi Debyi, Thank you very much! I'm sure your cousin will love it if you surprise her with pizza- how sweet of you! If the scale of this recipe is too much (6 pizzas, oh my!) you might try the Carol Fenster recipe I link to above just 'cause it's smaller. Also, this pizza tastes best fresh baked, IMO. Feel free to email me or ask here if you have any questions- I know it can be tough getting used to gluten-free baking. Good luck and happy baking!
