		<description>I just made these and they&#039;re great! The flour mix is perfect, tasty, though I used potato flour instead of starch but they came out just fine. I didn&#039;t flip them either and they were still golden brown on top and bottom. The dough was really flaky but I added some extra butter- maybe why they were so browned? and just didn&#039;t get discouraged! I used waxed paper instead of a plastic bag and that worked out, too. Thanks, I&#039;ll be making these again!</description>

Tonight I heated the oven to 400 degrees and baked them for 10-15 minutes (wasn&#039;t watching closely) and they were PERFECT. Even better than freshly baked. YUM YUM YUM. Feel free to freeze (after baking).
