		<description>I made this today as a side for a client who&#039;s gluten, dairy and egg free - very nice!  I used cauliflower in place of some of the potato and skipped the garlic, but otherwise made it as-is.  The pecans really made it.  I&#039;ll be making for other clients I&#039;m sure. Thanks!</description>
