		<description>They do sound heavenly!! Nice that you figured out a way to &#039;save&#039; the oil!! I bake with OG coconut oil, &amp; lately palm shortening - nice to have those medium chain fats (like in mama&#039;s milk) &amp; they take a LONG time to go rancid - are super stable, which means they don&#039;t go rancid in our bodies, either!! Woo hoo!

I love baking the squash/pumpkin from my CSA, I usually poke them a few times &amp; bake whole, then cut &amp; scoop seeds when they&#039;re soft!! Saves a lot of hacking &amp; sawing, &amp; love that local pumpkins/sq are available right now!

My 5 year old granddaughter pokes around in my fridge to see if there are any pumpkin seeds - after I scoop them, I pull most of the stringies off, sprinkle with a bit of olive or coconut oil, sprinkle with salt &amp; return to the oven ~ 10 minutes till they&#039;re a bit toasted! Bet baby Yum would love them too :)</description>
