I can always have salad! The dinner at The Plant was also exactly as I remember it: an amazing menu, delicious food, fellow gluten-free foodies, and, most important, new friends. It really was pretty amazing to be sitting around a table with people who understand and live a gluten-free life. I've only ever been around one other GF person--imagine that! Thanks for reminding me how wonderful that evening was. Loved meeting you--just wish I'd had more time to really get to know everyone. You described eating out exactly how I often experience it.
