Needless to stay it has been very difficult to eat during this very sick pregnancy .I have yet to find a Soy & Legume Free recipe. All i want is a cracker! Thanks for the post!!

Line the baking pan with parchment paper...it's well worth the $$, b/c it is such a time saver. I use one piece of paper several times when baking cookies, etc. It is available in rolls at most grocery stores on the aisle with waxed paper/foil. I buy mine through a cafeteria...1000 sheets (16" x 24"), and they last a long time!

I am so glad to have found this recipe! My daughter is only 17 months old and has just been diagnosed with Celiac Disease. I'm looking for some good "young kid" friendly recipes. She always loved her goldfish crackers and it breaks her heart that she can no longer have them, can't wait to try these out! :)

Thanks so much!

Hi Sea!!!

I am finally past my several year yen for Goldfish..but my little one watches sadly as the other two get to eat the originals (each and every new flavor that hits the market).

Thank you for posting these urge shattering fishies!!! I am sure my youngest will be oh so grateful ...and perhaps me as well as I swipe a bite myself (with or without the old gluten cravings) :-)

Once gain chebe saves the day, huh? :-)

Love & Light,

Hi Jay Hodson,
I recommend Bette Hagman's "Gluten-Free Gourmet Bakes Bread" cookbook for excellent bread. You may want to decrease liquid slightly (tbsp or two) and decrease oven by 50 degrees for some of her recipes.
Bread mixes are also a lifesaver. For a white bread I recommend Gluten Free Pantry Favorite Sandwich Bread or Whole Foods GF Bread Mix. Both should turn out very well with excellent texture. Some people also like Pamela's bread mix.
How sweet of you to bake for your wife! I wish you the best.
