Kale Pumpkin Lasagna and Cider Muffins? Why, oh, why are you not my neighbor? (probably because I would be a kitchen stalker! Ha!) So yummy! I am loving the beet salad... I wish my kids were more excited about the red beets. Their favorite is the yellow beet. But I do put red beets in beet brownies and they go down a treat! Your menu is always so amazing!
