		<description>These were tasty! I would recommend adding pepper, as it kicked up the flavor nicely and the patty pan and almond are pretty mild on their own. Then again, perhaps it&#039;s just that I love me some pepper and liberally add it to nearly everything. Squishing the squash is a fabulous use for our poor neglected ricer, now I know how to efficiently get water out of things. Thanks for the tip!</description>
