I tried the lasagne for the first time last week, and really liked it! I loved the fresh veggie taste. I was satisified without that heavy pasta feeling afterward. Two thumbs up from me! :)

I'm so glad you chose to review some of Amy's GF product. These frozen meals saved me many many times when I had a very hectic work schedule and a grocery store as my only option when I didn't plan ahead and bring my lunch. The Mattar Paneer is my absolute favorite. My only wish is that Amy's would make a GF version of their vegetable pot pie. I ate these often before being diagnosed with Celiac and they are very creamy and delicious, packed with great veggies and lentils.
