		<description>Sea -- just had to thank you again for the gravy recipe. Since I dropped dairy/casein from my diet in January it can be tough to find good comfort foods! I had a hectic week this week and had not really had a chance to cook all week. I just wanted a serious comfort food meal tonight that included GRAVY. I decided to make some chicken i had in the freezer, steamed kale, and mashed potatoes and top it with this delicious gravy! I actually use 3/4 cup hemp milk and 3/4 water to make it more creamy and I use worchestershire sauce instead of braggs since I can&#039;t do soy, but this recipe is just awesome and I love how it can so easily be made with pantry ingredients. Thank you so much! I hope you, baby Sea and the hubs are all doing well! Well wishes to you!</description>
