I don't know about regular availability, but I got mine through SPUD. It's a treat to be able to bake two or three chocolate chip cookies at a time in the toaster oven. I like the buttery flavor, though. And people don't have to trek out to Kent to try Haley's Corner. The new IGA supermarket downtown carries a few of their items, including gingerbread cookies & white bread. So good! I love that local vendors are getting stocked around the city. Very nice! My sister will love this, as she's always looking for stuff like gluten-free recipes. Sounds like you get to travel a lot. Japan was nice for a few years, but I couldn't make it a home.
