Hi Lisa,
Nagpur sounds very interesting. I've mostly traveled around Bangalore, Mysore, and Delhi and feel like there is lots more to see. I'm not sure if I'll have the chance to go again, but had such a good time both times that I went. Thanks for coming by!

Hi Jacicita,
Very cool- thank you for the tips. It's great when vendors start picking up on local gluten-free company's products.

Hi Mars,
Yup, Flying Apron is a very unique, interesting place. I am a big Pratchett fan and very sad about his recent diagnosis with Alzheimers. Love his books. I could think of nothing but dwarf bread for weeks after this place..

I really wanted to try out the Flying Apron when I was in WA last winter, but alas, we never seemed to be in the area. So, are you a Pratchett fan? LOVE him. The man is a genius. As for the dwarf bread? Yeah, I think I've actually baked some. Scary stuff. LOL

WOW has super-tasty cookie dough. I don't know about regular availability, but I got mine through SPUD. It's a treat to be able to bake two or three chocolate chip cookies at a time in the toaster oven. I like the buttery flavor, though.

And people don't have to trek out to Kent to try Haley's Corner. The new IGA supermarket downtown carries a few of their items, including gingerbread cookies & white bread. So good! I love that local vendors are getting stocked around the city.

Hi there, had to check out your blog after you visited mine. Very nice! My sister will love this, as she's always looking for stuff like gluten-free recipes. Sounds like you get to travel a lot. Japan was nice for a few years, but I couldn't make it a home. India, we'll see. My husband is from Nagpur, right in the center, and it's a beautiful small city. BTW, this sounds like a lovely bakery. Will have to remember it if we ever make it to Seattle!
