What a yummy broth! I made this using vegetable cubes and only 2 cloves of garlic and it was still sooooo good. We had it with fish and different vegetables (mushrooms, broccoli, red peppers, green onions) and no herbs, and it was super tasty. I think the broth flavors, even using vegetable stock instead of beef, would be really good with maybe pork in place of the fish or soy-product, but we really enjoyed it with the fish. Thank you for our dinner! :)

Hi Gluten Free-K: Thank you. I hope you enjoyed your dinner!

Food for Life: Sorry, I tend not to do commercial link swaps. I did not edit your URL but it seems to have a comma instead of a period as it was typed, just so you know.

Hi Dana: You are very welcome. I love the look of noodle soups too- such a shame so many are off limits!

Sea, this is what i want to eat for dinner. Now. Like right now.

Thanks for this awesome recipe and dinner inspiration (well, at least it will be hopefully sometime in the next few weeks). Amazing noodle soups always look oh so good in vietnamese restauraunts, but oh so out of reach thanks to gluten / vegetarian issues - this gives me hope...and stomach grumbling. Yum.

Absolutely delicious! I often stare wistfully in to noodle bars, there is something so wonderfully comforting about a big bowl of noodles! I will feasting on this, tonight.
Thank you.
