We always go to a Disney resort every single year, just because they do such a good job with the gluten free stuff. My favorite is always breakfast at Goofy's Kitchen at the Disneyland Hotel. Florida was even better and we're going back there in 2014. I always call ahead to make reservations well in advance of our trips, and confirm gluten free on the ticket both over the phone and when I get to the restaurant. Always taken care of perfectly.

Great post. I'm not gluten free, but what impressed me HUGELY on my last trip to Disneyland (about 5 years ago) was how many healthy dining and snacking options there were. Which I was not expecting AT ALL.

I was especially impressed with the cut up veggies and salsa, and the cut up fruit with dipping yogurt that was easy to find throughout the park. The main meal choices for lunch were also great in terms of providing healthy options.

I was also very impressed with the value for money - theme parks in Australia generally only offer junk food and fast food, and at ridiculously expensive prices. Our theme parks can learn a lot from Disney when it comes to food.

We were there in September. I had NO idea that they had a paper list for gf options. I'll have to remember that for next time. My husband had the online info before we even went, so I knew what my options were ahead of time. We wound up eating at Blue Bayou for lunch (the only meal we ate there). We were all impressed with the chef's knowledge and I was happy to have a safe meal at Disney. :D

Rancho Del Zocalo is one of my favorite restaurants inside Disneyland for gluten free vegetarian food. Thanks for sharing your reviews! :)
