		<description>This is really good, even with some substitutions. (I used a mix of white, wild and &#039;forbidden&#039; rice, a mix of herbs in place of poultry seasoning, tarragon + chervil in place of marjoram, dried rosemary I ground up in place of fresh, forgot the thyme, and didn&#039;t add parsley. It was still very tasty!) The texture is really quite nice, too. Thanks for the great recipe.</description>
