		<description>this looks fantastic and strangely is similar to a pie I saw in a cookbook that I think was called farmer john's cookbook (can't remember the title quite accurately) - the cauliflower filling with potato crust is surely a winner!  Must try this now you have reminded me (and very cool looking broccoflower)</description>
