Hi Cheryl, I'll try to post the recipe for the sweet chili sauce this weekend. It's tasty!

Hi Ellen, You're welcome! Enjoy!

Hi Manda- Mirin is an excellent idea. I'll have to try that... maybe. Heheh.

Hi Betsy, Thank you so much. I made the green curry myself- I never, ever use photos from the web unless it is a product (like, say, something sold through Amazon). All photographs are my own, of food I made, unless it's food at a gluten-free potluck or something. :) I'm so glad you're enjoying my blog. Hope to see you around soon!

I love your website! I have already tried several recipes and plan to try your fried rice one this week.

I have to ask if you made that Green Curry or if it is a picture off the web. I absolutely love Green Curry, but when I make it at home, it is never as good.

Cheers!

I found out with the goya that if you cheat and stir fry it with mirin or add a little bit of sugar, it tastes better - lol! It's actually really good with eggs. That's why I said it was so weird that I'm craving it. Plus, like you said, they say its really good for your stomach. Since I know I'm going to be all paranoid with moving and possibly contaminated eating out, it would do me some good.

And then with what's left over, I can freeze it for later since its actually freezable.

You definitely have to head to Oregon next chance you get. That was my first time back in 10 years and I am so glad I went. I can't wait to go again!

Looking forward to your samosa recipe. That is one thing that I really miss.

I'd like to hear more about the sweet chili sauce! I'm jazzed that you're making more recipes avoiding common allergens. Many thanks!
