		<description>Normally I would really work on a nut dish, but I have been doing peanut recall audits the last several days and have gone nutty with looking at lot numbers and ingredient lists!  I really do want to try a cashew cream one of these days.  When I bake, I almost always have nuts in the flour mix. We made a yummy veggie korma last week and I used Trader Joes Cashew butter instead of pulverizing my own cashews, worked great!</description>
