  I used raw, plain walnuts from Trader Joe&#039;s- not quite sure what presoaked/dried walnuts are like. :) You can also substitute any nuts that you like, from pine nuts to almonds. I&#039;m looking forward to check out your menu!

		<description>My kids will love you forever!  They are pizza hounds.  Do you use raw walnuts in the pesto or presoaked and dried?  Or roasted?  I have raw and crispy (presoaked and dried), and some frozen basil with oil, so I NEED to make the pesto for my pizza this week.  I always find something delicious over here!  Thank you!
