Thanks for the tip on checking out vegan cookbooks. I&#039;ve been holding myself back from them because veggie dishes are my favorite and I&#039;m afraid of cooking (and eating) constantly. But now that I&#039;m stronger willed it&#039;s time to check them out.

I am going to borrow your idea and make split pea soup. Never made it before, but I&#039;m a huge fan of soup.</description>
