Darn–I didn’t get my butt in gear to post my menus this week :-(. I hope you like the black bean burgers; I thought they were super flavorful for bean patties. The sweet potato chickpea crepes sound great. Are they made from garbanzo bean flour or stuffed with chickpeas?
