I love Vietnamese Crepes! I have been working on perfecting my banh xeo/crepes. I know you don't eat fish that often, but the Nuoc cham (fish) sauce with shredded carrot, sugar and lime goes great with this! Make sure you have plenty of cilantro on hand to toss in with the mint. These have been on my list to make next time I have the girls over. If only my boyfriend would eat these every week! Enjoy!!!

Hi Sharon! Welcome. :) Thank you! Many people who have gluten intolerance have other intolerances, like dairy or eggs, as well. Also, with Celiac, a condition where the body has an antibody response to gluten, people also often have lactose intolerance when they are first diagnosed, and then as the body heals, the dairy sensitivity sometimes goes away. It can be complicated! I don't have these additional intolerances as far as I know, but I try to post recipes that are dairy free or allergen free sometimes. :)

I love how you post the theme w/ each day. :)
I'm curious-why is the dairy an issue when I see GF menus? I'm really interested in this. ;)
Have a great week!
