Hi M! Thanks! Here's another post (comment #2)where I talk about the brand of soba that I use, with a link showing you a pic of the package:

Hope this helps! I really ought to try to make my own sometime, but that just seems like so much work. Mmm, spinach, great idea!

Hi Queen, Thank you!

CanadianSaver- exotic, tee hee. cool! thanks.

Hi Amanda, Thanks! Gluten-free eating can be pricey if you rely on pre-packaged foods. But, if you purchase your gluten-free flours in bulk online, you can really cut costs. The cheapest way to go about it is probably to shop for GF flours in international markets or just go flour-free. Personally, I think the only time a GF diet is necessary is if you have a gluten intolerance, extensive allergies or something like Celiac disease. That being said, it can be fun to experiment with some different flours sometimes, and it's always healthy to play with your veggies... :D

Thanks for commenting, all!

The strawberry dressing look divine!

Is gluten free eating expensive? I was just at a natural foods store today, and it seemed pretty pricey!

Looks Yum, as usual :P I love strawberries on salad with balsamic, especially with avocado and maybe some radicchio and spinach.

Which brand of buckwheat soba noodles do you use? Thanks!
