This is very creative and looks amazing. I can’t wait to share it with my son at college who is a vegetarian. This uses so many of my favorite foods. Printing this now to make! I love how you note where the recipe came from, “contents of my brain”. Great way to describe. I think I need to add something along those lines to my recipes too. I like you don’t mind people using them, just ask.
