Gluten Free Vegetarian Buffalo Wings
Ingredients
2 packages Firm Tofu, cut horizontally in thirds or half, pressed in a towel for 30 minutes
Coating:
1/2 cup brown rice flour
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
tiny dash baking powder

1/3 Cup melted Butter
1/2 Cup Vietnamese hot sauce

Directions
Combine hot sauce and butter, preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Put coating ingredients in gallon Ziploc bag (I like freezer bags because they are sturdier). Shake to combine ingredients and put half of tofu pieces in the bag, shake lightly and place thoroughly coated tofu on a plate. Coat remaining tofu and add to plate.

Heat some olive oil in a nonstick pan (1/4 inch) and fry each side of the tofu until crispy and browned.
Place tofu in a dish and pour about 1/2 of the sauce over them and gently mix so that each piece is thoroughly coated.

Spray baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray and lay out Tofu “wings” in a single layer, bake on each side for 10 minutes.

Coat with last half of sauce just before serving.
