No Bake Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients
1/2 cup light Karo syrup (sold as mizu ame
(toumorokoshi-corn-starch)in Japan, read label) 1/2 cup sugar 1 cup peanut butter 2 cups gluten free flake cereal, such as Corn Flakes or Mesa Sunrise
Directions
Bring syrup and sugar to boil. Remove from heat; stir in peanut butter. Add cereal. Drop by teaspoonfuls on metal cookie sheet lined with wax paper. |
