1/4 tsp Salt

1/2 cup firm tofu
1/3 onion, diced
1 inch ginger, minced
1 tbsp. toasted sesame oil
1 or 2 tsp wheat free tamari
4 green onions/ scallions, thinly diced
1 garlic clove, pressed
1/3 cup gluten-free kimchi, diced
