Archana’s Avocado Chutney
Ingredients
Avocado scooped – 1
Grated coconut – 1/2 to 1 cup
Shallots – 2
Green chillies – 2
Ginger – 1/2 inch size
Salt – to taste
Lime juice – 1/2 tsp
mustard, red chilli, curry leaves

Directions
Combine everything in a blender except the mustard, red chili and kari leaves. Temper them and add to the mixture in blender.
