Asparagus with walnut dressing

Ingredients
1/2 cup walnuts
1/4 or less cup wheat-free tamari 1 tbsp. sugar 1 tbsp. sake (or vinegar) 1 lb. fresh asparagus with bottom parts snapped off
Directions
Put walnuts in food processor and grind, then briefly process with tamari, sugar, and sake or vinegar. Steam asparagus for 2 minutes or grill with a little sesame oil. Blanch and cover with dressing. Enjoy!
