Dairy free Soy Free Mocha Chocolate Frosting Recipe
1 1/2 cups confectioner’s (powdered) sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
2 tbsp. Spectrum Organic Shortening
1 ounces cold coffee
2 tbsp. almond milk (or your favorite dairy-free milk)
1 tsp. vanilla

Put sugar and cocoa powder in a bowl and use mixer to combine. Add in your shortening and coffee and mix thoroughly. Add almond milk as needed and vanilla. Whisk with mixer until you have a creamy frosting. Use on your favorite gluten-free, dairy-free, soy free cake!
