Coconut Pumpkin Ice cream smoothie
Ingredients
4 medjool dates soaked in hot water for 30 min
2 tsp olive or coconut oil (i used lemon olive oil)
1 tsp vanilla
2/3 cup pumpkin
1/3 to 2/3 cup coconut cream
1 tsp. pumpkin spice or penzeys baking spice
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

4 tbsp non-dairy milk (I used hemp)
