Roundup for Adopt a Gluten-Free Blogger: Healthy Resolution Edition

Well, going to Florida for a week early in the month and some confusion over entries did NOT help get this roundup posted on time. So, I must apologize to the participants. I promise to do better next time! Regardless, thank you for your entries and I enjoyed reading about your experiences with these recipes. It just goes to show though- us gluten-free folks tend to get much more excited about sweets than healthy recipes. *sigh* But on to those brave and healthy souls that participated! (You guys are wonderful!)

Kara from Gluten-Free in the Greens adopted Naomi of Straight into Bed Cakefree and Dried and made her Hazelnut Pan Bread.

I adopted Rachel the Crispy Cook (formerly Meat-free Wheat-free) and made her delicious smoky sweet potato soup.

Rachel, The Crispy Cook, adopted Emilia at A Gluten Free Day and made her fantastic Baked Rice Paper Rolls.

Heather of Life Gluten Free adopted me, Sea and made my Indian Aloo Jeera Recipe.

February’s Adopt-a-gluten-free-Blogger Event Announcement and Sign up Sheet is Available now! Start thinking about who you want to adopt. I have my eye on a certain someone!

  1. Thanks for hosting this cool event, Sea. I’ve made so many great new dishes and met so many lovely blogger buddies through this event. And I’m so glad you enjoyed the serendipitous Smoky Sweet Potato Soup! Now I have to think about the next Adopt a GF Blogger event: who to pick, who to pick….
