Well, going to Florida for a week early in the month and some confusion over entries did NOT help get this roundup posted on time. So, I must apologize to the participants. I promise to do better next time! Regardless, thank you for your entries and I enjoyed reading about your experiences with these recipes. It just goes to show though- us gluten-free folks tend to get much more excited about sweets than healthy recipes. *sigh* But on to those brave and healthy souls that participated! (You guys are wonderful!)
