Great recipe, Sea. I find corn flour mixed with water working well as an egg placer. But flax seeds sound fab. I have another version of quiche here, if you wanna try. I just love 'em. Makes a wholesome meal. Thanks for the entry.

Sea,
This was such a great article in so many ways. I don't think that I've ever had a beet in my life, but given how many nutrients they have they'll be on the shopping list next week. I also have never tried Chebe, but you're slowly convincing me that I need to buy that too. As for the toful filling for the quiche - that is genius. I almost never make quiche b/c John doesn't like eggs. But he loves tofu. I'll have to run this recipe by him and see if I get to make it =)

Carrie, tofu is awesome! I don't know how we lived without the stuff before we started eating vegetarian.

[...] This week’s Gluten-free Menu Swap is hosted by Gluten-Free Sox and she has selected GARLIC as the star of the show. Excellent! Vampires and colds, beware! And of course, Menu Plan Monday continues to be hosted by OrgJunkie. This Week’s Menu Monday: Vegetarian Chebe Dough VEGAN Quiche (Inspired by a booth at the farmer’s market…) Slow Cooked Southern Style Greens (Ok, i decided to put the greens IN the quiche instead. My bad.) [...]
