Wow.. I love corn (very glad it&#039;s GF)!  Your recipe looks and sounds so good.  I&#039;ll remember to try this come late July, when the local corn crops start showing up at the farmer&#039;s market.
I&#039;ll miss fresh Illinois corn when I move out to California.
