It&#039;s a rough, add-ingredients-to-taste type of recipe that calls for 1/4 c. molasses, 1 c. water, and lots of salt and garlic powder to taste. It seems to keep wel in the fridge for at least several weeks.</description>

		<description>Hi Bob. Yes, tofu is made from soy. But there is no soy or tofu in this recipe... I can eat soy, but sometimes I happen to make or adapt recipes to be soy free for those who can&#039;t have soy.
