		<description>This was really good!  I have food sensitivities to wheat, eggs, dairy, soy, and sugar, which doesn&#039;t seem to leave much else some days.  This gave me the idea to run to my fridge and get out carrots, celery, yellow squash, green onions, and broccoli with some left-over brown rice.  I used a good shake of salt and sesame oil for one batch and it was delicious.  I made it again using olive oil instead to use up the rest of my veggies and rice and it was just as good.  Thanks for the inspiration and a tasty lunch.  Funny that I was looking up gluten-free, egg-free fried yellow squash or cauliflower when I found this recipe!</description>
