		<description>You've inspired us again.  After a looooooong day doing spring gardening in the cold rain, my dd and I decided we needed something warm and baked to revive us.  Chai Tea Muffins were just the thing!  You can see them here:

I modified the flour combos a bit and reduced the sugar (I don't like my muffins very sweet).  They were delightful.  Thanks Sea!

		<description>Speaking of low cal/glycemic sweeteners, I seriously considered using agave syrup, but went with honey as it was a more traditional chai sweetener. ;) Also, I changed a LOT with the recipe and I was afraid that going all liquid agave on the recipe might mess with the consistency. Maybe next time. :)
